Mission: St. Petersburg revisited

Move out onto the street area by taking the stairs, escalator and then another set of stairs, then make your towards the Pushkin building (check your map for the location). When you can see the building, find a hiding spot and carefully examine the second floor windows using your binoculars. Once you spot the sniper carefully make your way into the Pushkin building, avoiding the sniper’s line of sight. Now enter sneak mode and take the right-hand stairway up to the second floor, enter the room and then take the second doorway into the next room. Creep up behind the sniper (Number 17) and use your fibre wire to garrotte him. Watch the cut scene and talk to Sergei. Now take the sniper rifle weapon and change into Number 17’s clothes.

Make your way back out to the streets and run southwest until you locate a grate in the ground. Move down into the sewerage system and head east. Watch out for patrolling guards. Eventually, you’ll come upon a door which leads to the subway system. Once you reach the door check your map and wait for any guards (and civilians) to clear the area. When the NPCs (nonplayer characters) are facing the other way run through the door until you reach the stairs. Move up the stairs, take a right, then head down to the train.
